The man said that he won a bid on a meeting with Angelina Jolie, at an auction, which costed him $30,000. He said that he never got to met her, and the charity did not give him his money back, and he has been waiting for 2 years.

Okay. First I understand why he is upset, but I would not have waited two years to contact the charity. Maybe he could still meet Angelina or someone else. But it is kind of sad that he want his money back. Hello… It is a charity.
